This morning we had a family from Massachusetts join us with a Moose Safari. The clouds were ripply as we put on to the pond. The birds sang to us as we paddled to see the moose in the distance. Last night we had a van tour and a canoe tour, taking people into the wilds of Maine's north woods of Greenville.  We smiled so much our cheeks hurt because we saw a moose swimming across the pond!  They had a chance to seven moose; one bull moose, four cow moose, and two yearling! Also, they seen loons, deer, eagles, hare, and fox. June 2, 2012 we had two families join us with a evening moose safari. They saw nine moose; one bull moose, six cow moose, and two yearling! Also, they seen deer, loons, hare, and a partridge. Scenic Maine Getaway.

Today, we had a a family of four from Indiana, a couple from Connecticut, and an elderly couple from Alabama take a morning moose tour. It was a calm morning in Greenville today making a canoe ride on the pond a very scenic sight. The group only got to see one moose while on their tour, but they saw a mix of other great Maine wildlife such as deer and hares. With families and couples from all over flocking to Greenville for the summer you're sure to meet some interesting people and interesting Maine creatures.

The Best Family Vacations in Maine

Last night, we had two families take a evening canoe moose safari. The weather was beautiful and sunny. At first the families couldn't seem to spot a moose, finally when they were out on the pond they saw four moose! While on the pond the families also got to see another majestic Maine creature, a loon. Then on the way back the families saw hares. With the weather getting better each day more and more moose are coming out to say hi, so it's the perfect time to grab the family, come up to Maine, and see some great Maine wildlife on a moose safari.

Morning Moose Watching in Maine

This morning we had a private moose safari with a couple from Pennsylvania. It was a sunny and perfect day for a moose safari. They seen three moose; two cow moose and one yearling! Yearlings are always great to see. Also, they seen deer, hare, a partridge, and turkeys. What a great way to start your morning.

Wildlife Watching in Maine

Last night we had two separate evening moose tours with a total of 16 people! It was a pretty and sunny evening with a little rain. They had a chance to see two moose; one bull moose and one cow moose. Also, on there wildlife adventure they seen deer, hare, fox, a skunk and even a bear! What a great way to spend your vacation in Maine!
