The Time For Newborn Calves Has Arrived!

The time of year has come when calves are being born! We saw an abundance of wildlife and a beautiful sunny morning, it was a great day to be out on the pond paddling around. We saw a total of 5 moose, 2 loons, and a hare. When we saw a moose, there was always another just around the corner each time.

Our evening tour was also fantastic. The weather was wonderful, it was very clear out. We had a mother and daughter who joined us as well as a lovely couple all the way from Germany. We saw deer and three moose. We had a lot of fun with some great mixed conversation.

With the increasingly nice weather and ample wildlife it is the perfect time to join us on one of our moose safaris. Canoeing on the pond alone is a great experience, with the added pleasure of seeing many moose, deer, loons, foxes, and hare.
