Abundance of Moose in Maine!
Last night, we had three moose safaris go out! The first trip was a private moose safari for a couple. The weather was sunny and a little windy. While on their moose safari, the couple saw four moose; one on the road to the pond and three feeding on the pond. While on their tour, the couple got to see other great Maine wildlife like deer, loons, and even a otter! The second moose safari was for a group of 11! The group was made up of a couple from Iowa, a couple from Germany, a couple from Mass, three friends from Virginia, and a family from Mass. While on their tour, the group saw one moose on the pond, and also got to see loons while on the pond. The final moose safari was for two couples staying at the Blair Hill Inn. Although, while on their tour the couples didn't see any moose, they got to see other great wildlife such as deer, loons, and two eagles! With three moose safaris and a gorgeous night it was another great night for Northeast Guide Service's Moose Safaris.
