Great Places for a Family Vacation

A great way to spend some quality time with the family is to go out on a wildlife adventure! At northeast guide service we took to the north Maine woods on a moose safari. We had a father and son from Miami, a family of 5 from Cincinnati, and a family of 3 from Texas. It was cloudy with a few showers, but that didn't keep all of the amazing wild life away! We saw 11 moose- 2 bulls, 7 cows, and 2 yearlings.

While we paddled around the pond in our canoes we also saw a deer and some loons. It was an memorable experience to be able to watch a mother and her yearling feeding together. We hope that everyone had an amazing time!
